Capsilon Corporation, a provider of cloud-based document and data management solutions for the mortgage industry, announced Jim Obsitnik as its new chief operating officer.
Obsitnik will be responsible for Capsilon’s business operations including sales, marketing, product operations, support and services.
He brings over 20 years of industry experience in various roles in companies such as Oracle, where he served as general manager for two of its cloud-based talent management businesses in its human capital management division.
Before that, Obsitnik worked at Taleo, a cloud-based talent management solutions company before it was acquired by Oracle in 2012. He also held several executive positions at technology companies such as Netscape, Commerce One, Everdream and Dell.
“Jim is a proven operational leader who knows how to successfully scale and manage high-growth SaaS companies,” Capsilon CEO Sanjeev Malaney said. “Jim’s experience growing enterprise SaaS businesses to the next level will be a tremendous asset as Capsilon enters its next growth stage.”
