Landmark Network acquires AppraisalPro

Strengthens presence on East coast

Landmark Network, an appraisal management company, announced Thursday its acquisition of the national appraisal management company AppraisalPro.

The AppraisalPro management team will still operate from their existing location in North Carolina, but now under the Landmark brand.

“We are excited to bring the Appraisal Pro operation into the fold at Landmark Network,” Landmark CEO Erik Richard said.

“Along with our Maine operations center, this adds to our existing presence on the east coast, and will allow us to expand our national coverage and strengthen our appraiser panel in key states in order to continue to better serve our clients,” Richard said.

AppraisalPro credits its growth to continuously upgrading technology and the company’s procedures.

The acquisition finalized today and new orders will begin to process under the Landmark umbrella immediately. Landmark will be taking over the entire AppraisalPro operation and will retain the North Carolina office location.

The company said that existing clients will not experience delays as a result of the change, but they will now be able to use Landmark’s proprietary software, Landscape in order to place and track their valuation orders.
