eOriginal names 3 executives to new positions

New executives are a game-changer

eOriginal, which works in digital transaction management solutions, just named several new executives to its team.

The company announced Karl Matthews as its new vice president of product management. Matthews will be responsible for building and scaling robust functionality, applying his product management knowledge and serial successes in growth-phase companies.

“Growing acceptance and demand for digital transaction management and post-signature asset management is driving rapid growth,” eOriginal president and CEO Stephen Bisbee said. “Karl’s insights and knowledge will be a game-changer for us as we continue to scale.”

Previously, Matthews held several product management positions including 10 years at Adobe, where he primarily focused on document authoring and publishing. Most recently, Matthews served as chief product officer at Acendre, driving the product roadmap and leading the Australian-based product team.

eOriginal also announced Brian Kelly as its new vice president of business development. The company will look to Kelly’s experience in business development, sales and marketing teams for growth stage technology companies.

“We are excited to have Brian join the team and look forward to his experience supporting future partnerships throughout the industry,” Bisbee said.

Previously, Kelly held the role of vice president of sales and marketing at Mobile System 7, an enterprise security company, and KZO Innovations, an enterprise video application provider. In addition, He also held senior leadership positions in business development and sales at VeriSign and JPMorgan Chase.

Finally, eOriginal announced Simon Moir as its new general manager of digital mortgage.

“Simon’s depth of knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry enables him to fill an integral role in our team by helping guide our expansion with innovative strategies,” Bisbee said.

Moir has over 20 years of experience in the FinTech industry. Previously, he served as senior vice president of business development at Savana, a SaaS provider that delivers transformative technology designed to support more efficient and compliant banking and mortgage lending operations. Prior to Savana, Moir was senior director of mortgage technology at CoreLogic.
