Idaho Falls, Idaho-based Docutech, a provider of compliance and documentation technology, announced a partnership with Serent Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm.
Serent’s minority investment gives Docutech access to a capital partner to accelerate the company’s growth, in addition to providing guidance for product development, sales and marketing strategy and leadership.
“The past several years have seen Docutech undergo strong growth as we have pushed to deliver the most innovative compliant financial document services in the industry,” Docutech founder and CEO Ty Jenkins said.

Under the new partnerhsip, Jenkins and the executive team at Docutech will continue to lead the company in all areas of strategic operations.
