Ditech Financial, servicer of residential mortgages, just hired Brad Goedken as its new chief information officer of originations, capital markets and corporate systems.
In his new position, Goedken is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology agenda and planned upgrades.
“As we rapidly expand and advance our systems, Brad’s extensive experience in mortgage technology will be invaluable,” Ditech Chief Technology Officer Thomas Radkiewicz said. “With Brad at the helm of our technology upgrades, we are confident in our ability to further drive quality and efficiency across originations, capital markets and corporate systems.”
Goedken has previous experience in mortgage technology and served as the chief technology officer for Sun Trust Mortgage where he transformed the originations platform while achieving TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure. He also established a digital mobile mortgage experience for Sun Trust clients.
Before working at Sun Trust, Goedken held several other technology positions in the mortgage industry including chief information officer for Capital One Mortgage where he introduced new originations systems. He also worked for Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Citibank.
Goedken also served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
