New American Funding expands to Oregon

Will service Lake Oswego and surrounding areas

New American Funding, a national mortgage banker based in Southern California, just announced they expanded into Oregon.

The new branch will be located at 4004 Kruse Way Place, suite 150 in Lake Oswego. It will offer a variety of mortgage services and facilitate home purchase loans in the Lake Oswego area.

“Oregon’s ongoing residential and commercial development, favorable economic environment, steady population growth, and strong talent pool makes expansion into the state a natural fit for New American Funding,” said Tony Blodgett, New American Funding regional vice president.

“Oregon has immense strategic importance to New American Funding as the Northwest has been one of the fastest growing regions the past few years and we expect it to continue to register high growth moving forward,” Blodgett said.

Due to the expansion, New American Funding hired Scott Mattern, a mortgage industry veteran, as the new state area manager.
