There will be nearly 6 million more Hispanic households in 2024 than in 2014, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association, and if you aren’t prepared to help them, you will get left behind.

In an earlier HousingWire webinar, we shed light on how to reach the largest generation of borrowers, Millennials. This time around we are focusing on another group of borrowers that are ready to jump into homeownership. But unlike Millennials, they don’t need any convincing to start buying homes. Instead, they need help from lenders to better meet their needs.

The three panelists are:

Topics of discussion include:

  • What does the Hispanic home-buying generation look like and how will this generation play into housing moving forward?
  • Where does the housing industry need to step up to better serve Hispanic household needs?
  • What are some challenges that Hispanic households face and initiatives that can help?
  • An inside look at the Hispanic Millennial Generation — Who are they? Why are they important? How do you reach them?
  • Why is diversity and inclusion so important in serving “Hispennials”?
