Brock & Scott adds Ronald Wolfe & Associates to default services practice

Addition expands firm’s coverage in state of Florida

Brock & Scott, a real estate law firm with offices in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida, announced the expansion of its default services practice with the addition of Ron Wolfe and his team from the office of Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates.

The acquisition took effect on Oct. 2, when Ron Wolfe and associates from the Tampa office joined Brock & Scott's existing Florida default services and real estate practice areas.

In a release, Brock & Scott, which provides foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation, REO, loss mitigation and collection services, said the acquisition of Wolfe and his team represents a “tremendous gain” for the firms’ combined client base.

"Brock & Scott looks forward to continuing the same expert level of service and quality performance in Florida for those clients currently working with Ron Wolfe and his team,” Brock & Scott Founding Partner Greg Scott said.

“We are also very excited to add someone of Ron’s caliber and industry experience to our executive leadership team as a managing partner,” Scott added. “He has built up an impressive list of reputable and established clients, many that we currently have active relationships with across our other states.”

The firm said in the release that the addition of the Tampa location allows Brock & Scott to provide enhanced coverage to clients operating in the state of Florida.

“We are pleased that Brock & Scott will be retaining our attorneys, staff and Tampa presence as part of their acquisition process,” Wolfe said.

“This event presents a unique and positive opportunity for our team to be part of a multi-state and multi-practice model where we feel the industry continues to move towards in default servicing,” Wolfe added. “Our core values and approach to client service align very well with Brock & Scott which will make this transition very seamless.”
