PHH Home Loans, a joint venture between PHH Mortgage (PHH) and Realogy Holdings Corp (RLGY), announced the appointment of Steve Majerus to the role of regional executive for the western region of PHH Home Loans.
In this role, Majerus will be responsible for the production, profitability and overall performance for the western region, which covers more than 250 employees in California and Utah across five brands: Princeton Capital, First Capital, Mortgage California, Axiom Financial and Rocky Mountain Mortgage.
Majerus brings 20 years of experience to PHH. He joins PHH from Guild Mortgage Company, where he was regional sales manager. At Guild Mortgage, Majerus held direct oversight and responsibility for over 30 branch offices, two operations centers and loan officer productivity.
Earlier in his career, Majerus served as senior vice president, regional sales manager for W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital and executive vice president, chief production officer for First California Mortgage.
