Carrington Mortgage Services names Carmen Alailima inside regional sales manager

Will oversee wholesale lending division’s West region

The wholesale lending division of Carrington Mortgage Services announced the appointment of Carmen Alailima to the position of inside regional sales manager of its wholesale West division, in Henderson, Nevada.

Under Alailima’s direction, the Henderson location will focus on continued growth and providing expanded product offerings to the surrounding area to meet market demand.

Alailima brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry to Carrington.

Alailima will apply her proven expertise in recruitment, training and management to continue Henderson’s growth as a top-producing manager and ensure the Carrington team delivers the best broker experience for their customer and real estate partners, Carrington said in a release.

Alailima joins Carrington from First Mortgage Corporation, where she was responsible for the direct oversight of account executives and staff.

Alailima began her career with First Mortgage as operations manager, launching the wholesale division for the company.

“Carrington is perpetually motivated to increase offerings and expand our reach into new markets, which requires strong leadership and commitment at the local level,” said Ray Brousseau, executive vice president of Carrington Mortgage Services’ mortgage lending division.

“With Carmen Alailima’s in-depth knowledge of the wholesale/retail lending landscape, her expertise in credit analysis and underwriting will help drive growth of our Henderson location and further Carrington’s growth and expansion initiatives,” Brousseau concluded.
