B2R Finance, a lender focused on single-family rental property investors, announced the addition of Brad Weber as chief accounting officer.
In this role, Weber will lead the accounting, reporting and control functions, as well as human resources and regulatory compliance. Weber will also be a member of the executive committee, which is comprised of the company’s senior-most leadership team.
Weber brings nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry to B2R Finance.
Most recently, Weber served as controller of Bank of America, where he was also head of the legal entity reporting team and was responsible for coordinating monthly financial reporting and governance processes for the primary legal entities and all management reporting for Bank of America.
Weber also served as senior vice president of accounting policy at Bank of America.
Prior to Bank of America, Weber was a senior manager and engagement team leader in the consumer finance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided audit and consultation support to financial services clients on a variety of complex accounting topics and led loan system integrations and general ledger implementations.
Earlier in this career, Weber also served as the chief financial of Parks & Company, a high-growth technology and business consulting company.
