PRMG adds Phil Gouskos as regional manager

Will oversee Central and Midwest regions

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group announced the hiring of Phil Gouskos as the company’s new regional manager for the Central and Midwest regions.

In this new role, Gouskos will be responsible for originations in the company’s three business channels: residential lending, retail lending and wholesale lending.

Gouskos will also oversee a full-service fulfillment operation for wholesale and retail. This includes generating business in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Gouskos brings more than 20 years of experience to PRMG. Earlier in his career, Gouskos spent time with Nations Direct Mortgage, REMN, Universal Mortgage Corp, and Chase Bank.

PRMG President and CEO Paul Rozo, said the company is excited about Gouskos joining the company. 

“We are confident that along with his prior experience in managing successful operations, Phil will not only help to serve what we have identified to currently be an underserved market by PRMG in the Midwest region, but he will also leverage his existing contacts to build and establish new relationships across all business channels throughout the Central United States” Rozo said.
