Brookfield, Wisconsin-based Inlanta Mortgage expanded in the greater Chicago area and announced a new branch office in Carpentersville, Illinois.
Veteran mortgage manager Rob Speight will lead the new office, bringing 21 years of mortgage banking experience, which includes a number of management roles with companies such as Wintrust Mortgage, Bank of America and Countrywide Home Loans.
"For mortgage banking in 2015, bigger is definitely not better," Speight said. "Inlanta has an array of loan programs that you don’t see in larger mortgage banks and yet is nimble addressing the ever changing mortgage environment."
Speight and his team left Stearns Lending to join Inlanta Mortgage. In addition to Speight, the Carpentersville team includes Senior Loan Officer Javier Mendoza, Senior Loan Officer Dharmesh Jadav and Loan Officer Assistant Elizabeth Serediuk.
“Inlanta continues to align itself with true mortgage professionals," Inlanta Vice President of Business Development Joe Ramis said. "Speight and his team are an ideal match for our team and we look forward to providing them with the support they need to grow their business."
Back in January, Inlanta Mortgage also announced the addition of two new branches in Sarasota, Florida and Oswego, Illinois.
