Auction.com, the online real estate marketplace, announced that it added two executives to its single-family residential division.
Rob Behrend joins the company as senior vice president of single-family residential and Hauke Schupp joins the company as senior vice president of operational excellence.
“Both Behrend and Schupp will be directly responsible for driving the development of world-class operational controls and infrastructure for Auction.com,” the company said in a release.
Behrend (pictured above) brings nearly 20 years of experience to his new role with Auction.com. He joins Auction.com from Solutionstar, where he was senior vice president, focusing on REO, short sale and auction liquidations operations.
He has also held management positions with Homeward Residential, Red Bell Real Estate, Saxon Mortgage, Goldman Sachs and GMAC ResCap.
Schupp (pictured below) joins Auction.com from Ocwen Financial, where he was vice president of enterprise project management. Earlier in his career, Schupp held leadership positions with State Street Bank, Systems Evolution, Management Engineers and Bose Corporation.
