WATCH: Heart-warming home improvement video with surprise ending

German company empowers the bullied and the mocked

Hornbach, a German home improvement store, released a new “back-to-school” commercial two weeks ago that has already gained 2.3 million views on YouTube, adding it into the viral video club.

The video shows a day in the life of a bullied goth teen.

However, it's actually an ad for do-it-yourself projects on your home.

But you wouldn't know that until the very end of the video.

That's when Goth girl's dad gives his daughter an uplifting surprise.

But back to a day in the life of Goth girl.

Clearly she isn't a big fan of the social scene at her school, unless she hides it well on the morning run to school.goth teen

and it doesn't end with her peers… she is also shocking to the general elderly population.

Yet, it is the ending that makes everything better when she arrives at home to an unexpected surprise from her father.

While I'm not sure that home improvement is the solution to goth girl being bullied, I give the father an A for his parenting efforts to encourage his daughter in the midst of these circumstances.

Way to go Dad! And way to think outside the box Hornbach!

The ad turned out to be smart enough to get picked up by several media outlets, each with their own angle.

For example, Time also makes a point that "no child should ever dread going to school over the specter of bullying or name-calling."

But, they do. That's the reality. Watch the video to the end to see how one Dad's do-it-yourself project makes for a heart-warming message.

However, the point of this tracker is to show you evidence that lower rates have already changed housing data. So, let’s […]
