FirstKey hired Jonathan Seigel as managing director, where he will focus on sourcing small and large balance rental finance products as well as developing and implementing strategic market initiatives.
Seigel brings more than 20 years of experience underwriting, acquiring and managing commercial and residential real estate and large mortgage portfolios.
Most recently, he worked at Pretium Partners, an active private equity buyer of single-family rental properties, as an executive vice president of sourcing.
