TitleOne Corporation, an Idaho-based title and escrow company, acquired Land Title and Escrow, southern Idaho’s largest title and escrow company.
Land Title and Escrow has offices in Twin Falls, Jerome, Gooding, Rupert and Burley and employs approximately 50 people.
Larry Roberts, who was Land Title and Escrow’s president and general manager, will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations for the newly acquired five southern Idaho offices. “The decision to transition ownership to TitleOne was an easy one,” Roberts said.
“Combining the best practices of both companies allows us to streamline operations and efficiencies while offering our customers a greater range of products and services," he added.
Mark Tidd, TitleOne’s CEO said that acquiring Land Title and Escrow helps to provide a firm foundation for the company’s growth and will allow the company to provide title and escrow services to a much larger portion of the state.
