Realogy Holdings, a provider of real estate services based in Madison, N.J. named Stephen Fraser chief information officer and senior vice president.
At the company, Fraser will develop and execute Realogy’s enterprise-wide technology strategy, align the IT vision with the business objectives of each of Realogy’s brands, have direct oversight of the corporate IT functions and develop and deliver technology solutions for the business benefit of its corporate customers, affiliated brokers and agents and consumers across the company’s brands.

Prior to coming to Realogy, Fraser served as global head of information technology service and information management for IKEA Group in Sweden.
Before working for IKEA, Fraser held IT leadership roles for A.P. Moller-Maersk Group in the United States and Denmark for eight years, and for Canadian Pacific Corporation’s CP Ships division in Florida for seven years.
