Denver-based Interactive Mortgage Advisors is opening a Dallas office, which will be managed by mortgage industry veteran, John Sayre.
This expands IMA’s presence in Texas where there is a large concentration of mortgage servicers and originators.
In his new role, Sayre will work with banks, credit unions and mortgage banks on the purchase and the sale of mortgage servicing rights.
Sayre brings over 25 years of mortgage banking experience to the company.
"This move is necessary for us to continue to be a leader in the trading of MSRs by being in the geographic center of so many great companies. We are pleased to have John Sayre manage this effort," IMA Managing Member Tom Piercy said.
