Churchill Mortgage created a new position in accordance with the increase in compliance rules coming down the pipeline, recruiting expert Seth Trimble as compliance trainer.
Trimble will be responsible for leading the implementation of a compliance-related, cross-functional communications platform focused on training and regulation.
In his new role, he will provide compliance training to all staff and develop comprehensive presentations for the lender, in addition to conducting on-site branch visits to ensure compliance-related measures are enforced.
Previously, he served as a loan processor with Nationstar Mortgage (NSM).
"Regulatory compliance continues to be a priority in our industry," said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage.
"By creating a new position dedicated to compliance, we’re taking the right steps towards streamlining communication. We look forward to having Seth – his industry experience will be a significant asset to our team," Hardwick added.
