Walker & Dunlop (WD) opened its 21st office in Phoenix, Ariz., this week.
Brandon Harrington along with Matthew Steffen and Rachel Saxelby will lead the new office. All of them joined the company from Cohen Financial.
The new team will focus on originating commercial real estate debt and equity throughout the United States for all types of income-producing properties.
"Our new office and team in Arizona is the latest expansion of Walker & Dunlop's loan origination platform and reflects our commitment to meeting the financing needs of our clients nationwide. We welcome Brandon, Matthew and Rachel as the newest members of the Walker & Dunlop team," said Bill Wein, senior vice president and capital markets chief production officer.
