According to The Wall Street Journal, JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is bringing in an internal compliance team to proactively identify potential risks that the bank’s broader financial crimes compliance programs face.
The listing for the New York-based global head of the Global Financial Crimes Compliance SWAT team is posted on the firm’s website. Among the job duties are hiring and training “a global SWAT team.” The role’s other responsibilities are handling “risk-based specialized reviews” and developing solutions to compliance problems that arise.
