Brentwood, Tenn.-based Churchill Mortgage appointed Cara Costa as its newest vice president of operations, the company said in a press release.
Previously, Costa served as vice president and wholesale national underwriting manger at Franklin American Mortgage Company, where she was responsible for the credit quality of wholesale loan products.
Costa brings more than 25 years of experience in risk management and quality insurance to her new role.
“With tight regulations and industry awareness for compliance at an all-time high, Cara’s remarkable track record and comprehensive knowledge of industry issues are invaluable additions to our corporate team,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage.
