Freddie exec answers questions on short-sale valuations

When dealing with homeowners needing assistance, Freddie Mac hears several questions quite frequently.  Many of those questions revolve around common servicing issues. So much so that the GSE decided to compile a blog titled, “Your Questions Answered,” featuring feedback from senior vice president Hollis McLoughlin.

In the post, McLoughlin provides tips on buying a Freddie Mac-owned home and advises real estate agents what to do when disputing a short-sale valuation and trying to qualify for a streamlined loan modification.
