People are getting too stuck on whether the Federal Reserve will stop tapering in September or December when the reality is that 4-month period does not make a huge difference. CNBC has a varying viewpoint on what counts:
"Remember, we have $85 billion per month in terms of quantitative easing, and we're not talking about all of that going out of the window immediately," said Lim Say Boon, chief investment officer of DBS Group Wealth Management.
