The notorious home, made of glass-and-steel, was originally listed in 2009 for $2.3 million. With no luck on the market, the home took a half million dollar price cut to $1.8 million before listing at an even lower $1.65 million. Eventually, the home was taken off the market in 2011. Now, it's back, asking $1.5 million.
The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom main house was built in 1953 and cantilevers over ravines. It is also joined by a pavilion/guest house that features a kitchen, bath and 4-car interior parking lot.
