UBS upgrades Ryland and PulteGroup

UBS noted that PulteGroup (PHM) has the opportunity to grow margins over the coming quarters and noted that investors are undervaluing certain assets.

UBS also was positive on Ryland Group (RYL).

In the report, UBS set a $22 price target on shares of PHM and a $48 price target on shares of RYL.
