Andy Sandler is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in the housing industry. He founded and led Buckley Sandler, a leading financial services and mortgage industry law firm, as its chairman and executive partner.
Sandler also founded Treliant in 2009 and served as its CEO from 2009-2017, building the company into one of the top consulting firms in the financial services industry with a specific focus on the mortgage industry.
In his more than 30 years in the housing business, Sandler has served as a legal advisor and counsel to the mortgage and financial services industry, defended banks and independent mortgage companies in many of the most significant lawsuits and enforcement actions directed at the mortgage industry, and counseled on many noteworthy bank and mortgage company acquisitions. More recently, Sandler founded and leads Temerity Capital Partners, which invests in and advises early-stage companies with a focus on companies developing new technologies to assist banks, mortgage companies and other financial services firms.
Sandler is also CEO and founder of Asurity Technologies, a software firm focused on providing automated compliance management solutions for the mortgage and banking industries; and founder of The Sandler Family Foundation, which focuses its philanthropic efforts on social impact through entrepreneurship and financial education. Sandler also recently returned to law practice as a senior partner in newly formed Mitchell Sandler, a majority women owned and managed financial services and fintech law firm. Sandler also serves as a strategic advisor to many Temerity portfolio companies.
