1st Reverse Mortgage USA Promotes Steve Scheiern to Drive Retail Sales Growth

The reverse mortgage division of Cherry Creek Mortgage, 1st Reverse Mortgage USA, is looking to grow its national sales team through the promotion of its very own seasoned sales executive Steve Scheiern to the position of national retail sales manger, the company announced Friday.

In his new role, Scheiern will be responsible for growing 1st Reverse Mortgage USA’s national retail sales team through the recruitment of reverse mortgage and forward loan originators. Prior to this promotion, Scheiern served as 1st Reverse Mortgage USA’s western regional sales manager.

The company’s latest promotion follows its launch of a new sales lead generation and distribution platform and new additions to its operations team, which it has been expanding in recent months.

“While the company’s sales performance has been solid, I am confident that my experience and processes will help contribute to increased performance,” Scheiern says in a statement. “I look forward to working with the company’s leadership team and organization and supporting its growth and profitability objectives through further increasing the level of performance of our sales organization.”

With over 24 years of experience, Scheiern is a certified senior advisor with extensive sales management experience and an exemplary track record in financial services, says Dan Harder, vice president of 1st Reverse Mortgage USA.

“Steve brings a stellar track record of developing, implementing and executing sales growth strategies and consistently improving the performance of a sales organization,” Harder says. “He knows what it takes to bring an organization to the next level.”
