The Mortgage Coach Platform is a web based application that changes the conversation from “rate and price” to “expert advice”, detailing how to build wealth and / or reduce debt over the life of the loan. The Mortgage Coach Total Cost Analysis (TCAs) help Loan Officers quickly communicate multiple product options in a digital presentation with side-by-side comparisons, charts and graphs. Loan Officers can also add personalized video and real time updates and highlights to the TCA to help quickly answer questions consumer’s may have. The API infrastructure allows for seamless and robust integrations with almost any technology in the origination and servicing process and is native on iOS and Android devices.
