Dean Artenosi (https://deanartenosi.com), author of Onwards And Upwards: Discover The Reality Of Building Real Estate Success, is the co-owner of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, Brokerage, an Ontario-based firm with eight offices in the Greater Toronto area that grew into the No. 1 CB brokerage in Canada in 2022. Artenosi, who is expanding his real estate business in the U.S., obtained his real estate license in 1995 and in just three years achieved the top 1% National Chairman’s Club as a sales representative. Artenosi developed buyer programs that were new to the industry and created substantial wealth for thousands of families that had little wealth to start. He has also been involved in thousands of renovated dwellings and, with a vision of new urbanism, began assembling properties in inner-city locations. Artenosi has been the originator and developer of several mid- to high-density multimillion-dollar development projects in the Greater Toronto area.
