Henry Cisneros served as Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1993-1997. Cisneros co-chairs the Bipartisan Policy Center's Housing Commission, Immigration Task Force, and Senior Health and Housing Task Force. Cisneros is also currently executive chairman of the CityView companies, which work with urban homebuilders to create homes priced within the range of average families.
