RealTrends 500: The Agency, Pacific Sotheby’s in top spots for average sales price

Luxury firms in California, Colorado and New York took top honors for highest average sales price in the 2022 RealTrends 500 rankings

Beverly Hills, California-based The Agency leads the top 50 firms in average sales price by sides with a whopping $2.5 million average sales price in the 2022 RealTrends 500 brokerage rankings.

The 2022 RealTrends 500 rankings top 50 firms by average sales price are ranked by firms who were in the top 50 by transactions sides and the top 50 by sales volume. These firms had the highest average sales price based on 2021 data.

Rounding out the top five are Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in La Jolla, California ($1.88 million average sales price), Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in Mill Valley, California ($1.87 million), New York City-based Brown Harris Stevens ($1.7 million) and Sereno in Los Gatos, California ($1.6 million.)

Top average sales price for firms ranking in the 500 by transaction sides

California-based brokerage firms had three of the top five spots in the top average sales price for firms rankings in the RT500 by sales volume.

But, Aspen, Colorado-based Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty took the top spot with an average sales price of $2.8 million.

Carmel Realty Company in Carmel, California was No. 2 with an average sales price of $2.6 million. Rounding out the top five were Saunders & Associates in Bridgehampton, New York ($2.6 million), Village Properties in Santa Barbara, California ($2.504 million) and The Agency ($2.501 million.)
