Tyler Lee, as the head of Blend Title, is responsible for leading the agency’s operations and working closely with product developers on new features and their product roadmap. Lee works closely with employees to build innovative products that are transforming the title industry space and pushing the industry to rethink how it tackles the title process. She took Blend Title from a team of one and built out a functional and efficient title team through personal mentorship, the willingness to challenge the status quo and an eye for creative solutions.

Lee’s team has been able to begin addressing long-standing issues in title with both competence and perspective. Since joining Blend in April 2020, Lee has worked to move Blend’s mission forward to transform the consumer banking journey for both lenders and consumers. As a result of her guidance, Blend has been able to gain further insight into how to transform something that was once expensive and complicated into an efficient and effective process. Within Blend, she commits herself to pushing her teammates to build their confidence in their work and encourages them to take ownership of their own projects. Outside of her career, Lee has trained for triathlons, demonstrating her desire to focus on personal records and push herself to new heights.
