As senior director of Strategic Finance at OJO Labs, Azar Kheraj has played a critical role in OJO Labs’ tremendous year of growth. Since joining the company in February 2020, Kheraj has guided OJO Labs in strategic decisions that bring the OJO experience to millions of new consumers across the U.S. and Canada and break down barriers to homeownership along the way, positioning the company for rapid growth. At the onset of the pandemic, Kheraj provided strategic ad- vice for maintaining a sustainable and profitable business in a market that was turned upside down overnight. Meanwhile, he worked closely with executive leadership to vet the opportunity to acquire Movoto, having to return to the drawing board multiple times with his team to re-evaluate the opportunity in the face of industry headwinds. In addition to the Movoto acquisition, Kheraj has developed the model for how the company would scale while shifting its monetization approach.
