Casey Cunningham founded XINNIX 16 years ago with a mission to transform the mortgage industry through a commitment to excellence. Today, XINNIX has corporate partnerships with some of the nation’s leading banks and mortgage companies, including Santander Bank, Synovus, Finance of America, Amerifirst and American Mortgage.

Cunningham first manifested her passion for empowering people to achieve excellence when she created the training division for HomeBanc. She now has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has proven herself to be a fearless, innovative and unflappable leader.

As a minority born to Puerto Rican parents, Cunningham is passionate about her work leading the industry’s diversity efforts. XINNIX has partnered with the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America to organize the CONNECT Conference, where she leads sales and leadership development seminars for minority professionals.

Cunningham serves on the board for Mary Hall Freedom House and leads XINNIX staff in volunteer work. By creating the XINNIX Gives Back initiative, she has partnered with various charities to provide clothes, food, gifts, and service to charities and ministries throughout the Atlanta metro area.
